- Nothing is sold before the product exists. The waitlist is free, with no pre-order, deposit, or store credit. Joining makes you a Member, which is the event we count toward launch.
- Once a month, the Ladder Letter arrives by email. Its centre is a Design Vote, plus a short note whenever a Formula climbs a Rung.
- A Rung is how far the evidence for a specific finished Formula has climbed: from Ingredient Evidence, to Formula Evidence, to Outcome Evidence. A claim only moves up once the finished product earns it, not the ingredient alone.
